Day 21: “Be Humble”
Specific challenge: Reassess the lifestyle goals you have set over the last 20 days, identify at least one area where you could be more humble, taking Dr. DeRose’s counsel more seriously and making a larger commitment. Then put that broader commitment into practice for the rest of the program. (Examples: you have cut down on your coffee consumption, but you now decide to make a clean break with all caffeinated beverages)
